How soon must I cancel my appointment?

You must cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials, trucks or equipment?

No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.

Do you wash windows?

Yes, we do wash inside windows, and outside windows. However, we will only wash windows outside what is reachable with our equipment. We can go as high as 10-20 ft.

If I do not cancel my appointment within 48 hours will there be a charge?

Yes there will be a fee of 40% of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

Do you do scrape paint, candle wax, cement, or other controlled chemical combination, tape off floors, furniture, or surfaces?

Unfortnately, we are not a floor restoration company or furniture restoration company. We will remove object as safe as we possibly can if requested. However, Mattie Johnson Cleaning will not be held liable for any damages for surfaces, floors or furniture for the simple reason that scraping can cause damage. Please be sure to talk to a restoration contractor should need your surfaces, floors or furniture restored.

How much is an oven, appliance, fireplace, garage cleaning, or other add on services?

What if I need furniture moved with my cleaning? Can I add this?

Of course! However, if you need funiture moved or haul then please add trash/junk/haul removal services

How do I know that I've been officially booked for a service?

Once you've talked to a team member and they have solified your needs, given you an estimate and a scheduled date and time, and understand our policy. If you agree to all of those things then you will be notified by the company that you have been booked via text, email, or voice.

How do I book you?

We provide - residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, carpet cleaning, post construction cleaning and junk removal service. You can get everything done at Mattie Johnson Cleaning from start to finish. To book - DONE SIMPLY! 1. Call or Text for a Walkthru and you'll receive a quote (Some service quotes can be given over the phone). 2. After quote, you'll receive our terms, conditions, and agreement via email or text. There will be a time and date available for you! 3. After we confirm the agreed date and you've received the agreement via email or text then YOU'RE BOOKED!

What if I booked an urgent appointment "outside of the 48 hours cancellation." Can I still cancel?

Yes, you can cancel within 8 hours of the scheduled time only if you have booked an emergency appointment outside of the 48 hour cancellation. This only applies to those situation. If you do not cancel within 8 hours then a 40% cancellation fee will be accessed.
